Order Policy: No Changes or Cancellations After Placement
At LeatherandHeels, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. We prioritize efficient order processing and timely delivery, and therefore, we kindly request our customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing their purchase. Can I place orders by phone?

What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed 24/7 online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, Diners Club, Google Pay, Meta Pay and PayPal.
We do not accept money orders, checks, or wire transfers.
Returns must be accompanied by a RA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting customer service via email at sales@Leatherandheels.com . Unauthorized returns will be refused.
You MUST EMAIL US sales@LeatherandHeels.com for ANY Requested returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Failure to notify us within a 14-day period will result in refusal of your return.

When will I get my refund for Returns?
Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection for saleable merchandise with ALL Tags attached, we will authorize your refund within 5 business days. Please allow 6-8 business days for this credit to appear on your bank statement.

How do I check the status of my order?
- Login to your LeatherandHeels account and click on Orders and select the order you are looking for.
- Check Email provided for confirmation number and order information.
- As soon as your order ships, you will be emailed tracking information!
- If you have not received tracking information, your order is most likely still being processed.
- Track your package with the tracking number we provided you!

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?
Yes, you will immediately receive an email with your confirmation number and order details. Please double check the email address you provided at checkout. In the event of your email address being incorrect simply contact our customer service and we can help correct future emails/notifications.

What if I received a damaged/incorrect item?
- If you received a damaged item DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FIX THE ITEM. (If the item is altered in way or form, we cannot accept the item back)
- Do not open/wear incorrect/damaged items and DO NOT remove any tags.
- Email or call customer service within the first 5 business days from the date of delivery and take pictures of the item as you received it. If the item is needed urgently let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your deadline.
What if I am unable to locate my delivered package?
LeatherandHeels must be contacted within 5 business days of the alleged delivery date to file a lost package claim. Filing the claim with the carrier first will increase the efficiency of the process. Please contact us with your information and claim number.
LeatherandHeels is not liable for any theft, damage or loss once the package is shipped by our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to anticipate, track, and locate their delivered package through the appropriate carrier.
Your shipping confirmation will contain the delivery date and link to track your package via the corresponding tracking website. Failure to notify LeatherandHeels in the case that you are not able to receive your shipment (or the address is incorrect) may result in a loss (or theft) of the package and the order will not be refunded.

If your package is undeliverable, refused, or returned to sender for any reason that LeatherandHeels is not at fault for, 25% will be deducted from your refund and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
Do you have a printed catalog?
- Unfortunately, we do not offer a printed catalog. You can view our entire collection online.
Are your sizes listed in women's size or men's?
- All our shoes are listed in US women's size UNLESS otherwise stated. (i.e., It will say Men's in the description)
International Custom Duties and Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for all local customs duties and taxes at or before delivery in countries where applicable. Check with your local post office for details on the rates for international packages.
For all International returns/exchanges all shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer. When the order is sent back for a refund, the total charge for the items being returned will be refunded less 15% restocking fee. Shipping cost will not be refunded, and exchanges will be charged for new shipping back to you.
