All merchandise must be in new saleable condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. If tags are missing, we will not honor the credit and will ship back to customer at their expense. We cannot accept returns on soiled items, nor prepackaged items that have been opened (US Health Government Law) and, therefore, made un-saleable. Please make sure that you try all shoes and boots on a carpet surface for fit. Any Hosiery, G-Strings, Thongs or Tonga's may NOT be returned for (US Health Government Law).
Returns must be accompanied by a RA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting customer service on our "Contact US" page at top of page. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
You MUST "Contact US"(Top of Page) for ANY Requested returns within 5 days of receipt of your order. Failure to notify us within a 5-day period will result in refusal of your return.
Cancellations of an order is ONLY allowed within 4 hours of placing order.
Shipping & handling charges are nonrefundable. Customer is responsible for costs associated with sending back the return items in perfect saleable condition that includes packaging and footwear boxes non-damaged. Original manufactures shoebox MUST be shipped back with an Outside carton. Do not return shoes in only the original manufactures box. There will be a $7.99 box fee for damaged boxes or taped boxes, so do not mark or tape original box in any way.
Returns are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
If TWO or More Pairs of Footwear are ordered in same style, color, different sizes and the amount returned makes order total fall under the FREE Shipping of $85, then you will also be charged the $8.95 for FREE shipping and 15% restocking fee also.
Returns of 5 items or more are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Returns for Exchanges must meet our terms. The restocking fee will be waived on returns made for exchanges in a different size or style of equal or greater value. Customer will be responsible for new additional shipping charges of $10.95. There are NO Returns allowed on any Exchange Orders. Undeliverable or Refused shipments are subject to a 25% Restocking fee plus no credit on original shipping charges.
Swimwear, Daisy Corsets and Costumes Return/Exchange Policy - Ujena Brand Swimwear/Loungewear/Dresses & Coverups, Daisy Corsets and Costumes can only be exchanged for different size or different style of equal or greater value (you pay the difference). There will be a $10.95 shipping charge for all USA exchange orders. All tags MUST be attached and no returns on Swimwear G-Strings, Thongs, Tonga's for Health Reasons. Sanitary liners must be intact & in place. Item must not smell of any lotions, perfumes, deodorants etc... OR HAVE ANY MARKS FROM DEODORANTS, LOTIONS OR TANNING ETC...AND HAVE NO PET HAIR--it must be in resalable condition--SO PLEASE REMEMBER THIS WHEN TRYING ON YOUR ITEM.
International Shipping - If we are shipping outside the USA to you, you do have the likelihood to be charged import fees. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, VAT, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. EU member states will collect value added tax (VAT) for all goods entering the EU starting July 1, 2021. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Leather and Heels (Global Net Products) has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Leather and Heels original delivery estimates. If you the customer chooses not to accept your package and pay for the taxes or fees, we will decide to either abandon the package or pay to have it reshipped back to the United States. As a result, all fees will be deducted from your purchase amount. In some cases, you will receive no refund because the cost of returning the items is more than or equal to your purchase. If Leather and Heels (Global Net Products) chooses not to accept the package back it will be abandoned, and you will not receive a refund.
