All Packages are shipped via either United States Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount you order:( see charts below)

(Free shipping only applies for U.S customers (Except AK/HI) via standard ground shipping only.

Discreet Packaging:

All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the word "lingerie." In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).

General Shipping and Tracking:

Processing Time:

In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped next business day.

After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address.

After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package. Orders placed on our Leather and Heels store maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchase, the shipping method you select during checkout.

Leather and Heels makes every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond Leather and Heels control - such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.

Out of Stock Items:

Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacture, you will not be charged for the backorder item and that item will be Canceled from your order. You will automatically receive an Order Status Email stating this.

Exchanges:

Customer may Exchange an item for wrong size. There will be a $10.95 fee to reship out the correct size. Customer is always responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Note (Shipping):

All times below are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Faster shipping is only a guarantee of delivery days AFTER the package leaves our warehouse, it is NOT a guarantee of total delivery days. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders.

Standard Free Shipping:

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via Standard ground/First Class service. They are shipped via United States Postal Service Mail or FEDEX or UPS, Please Allow 5-7 full business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

3 Day Select Shipping:

Most items may be shipped to the 48 contiguous United States via 3 Business days Select shipping method. You can expect your order to arrive within 3 full business days after leaving the warehouse. Please NOTE that the first Business Day starts the day after the carrier picks up from the warehouse. Order Processing Time remains the same as a Standard Package. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
