Order Policy: No Changes or Cancellations After Placement
At LeatherandHeels, once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Can I place orders by phone?

What are my payment options?
Orders can be placed 24/7 online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Cards, and PayPal.
We do not accept money orders, checks, or wire transfers.
Returns
Returns must be accompanied by a RA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which can be obtained by contacting customer service via email at sales@leatherandheels.com . Unauthorized returns will be refused.
You MUST EMAIL US sales@leatherandheels.com for ANY Requested returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your order. Failure to notify us within a 14-day period will result in refusal of your return.

When will I get my refund for Returns?
Once your item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection for saleable merchandise with ALL Tags attached, we will authorize your refund within 5 business days. Please allow 6-8 business days for this credit to appear on your bank statement.
